ATTORNEY MINDI WEINAPPLE
Mindi L. Weinapple, Esq. focuses her practice on representing those injured due to negligence.
Mrs. Weinapple was born and raised in South Florida. However, her subtle New York accident may surprise you as she comes from five generations of New Yorkers. Her mom was a Professor of Education, and her dad was a controller for a telecom company. Her parents instilled these key values: treat others with respect, have integrity, empathy is a strength, always work hard, and never stop learning.
Mrs. Weinapple’s love for creating arguments started at a young age. She was a member of her high school debate team. She won many titles and qualified for nationals her senior year.
Mrs. Weinapple continued her educational journey at Emory University and earned her BA in International Studies and German in three years.
Mrs. Weinapple then became the first person in her family to attend law school. She received nearly a full ride to Florida State University College of Law. Mrs. Weinapple’s strong work ethic and attention to detail served her well in law school and she graduated magna cum laude. While attending FSU Law, Mrs. Weinapple was also a Staff Editor of Law Review and Business Review.
Mrs. Weinapple has worked in both the public and private sector. Before joining Madalon Law, Mrs. Weinapple defended insurance claims on issues that ranged from medical malpractice and wrongful death to dog bites to automotive accidents to slip-and-falls.
Mrs. Weinapple has always enjoyed giving back to her local community. Growing up she would raise money and deliver books to underprivileged youth every holiday season. In undergrad, she would tutor refugee children in northern Georgia. In law school, she enjoyed pro bono projects that involved assisting developmentally challenged children in the foster care system and helping develop a curriculum to educate and combat racism in Florida’s capital.
In her free time, Mrs. Weinapple also likes to rehabilitate stray cats with her husband, enjoys reading, and is working on her own novel.
